Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

We are proud to share with you a limited quantity of oil representing our first harvest of the season. These olives are hand-picked and pressed on the same day using nothing but a mechanical process. Once settled, oil is decanted three times, bottled and ready for consumption.

  • Ancient groves

    Our olive groves have been cared for and maintained by our family since 1926.

    A large portion of trees however date back more than 500 years and continue to bear their precious fruits yearly.

  • Olive press

    The olive press was purchased on a trip to Italy in the late 30s and began operating in 1941 to support the growing family business. It was a first in the region attracting nearby growers who would bring their olives to press on a daily basis.

    The olive press, as it is today remains, unchanged and is maintained to its original standard.

  • Grow & maintain

    Pruning and maintaining the trees is an ongoing labour of love carried out by a specialist team that has worked with the family for over three generations.

    Our olive groves are dotted with a mix of almond and pomegranate trees and lined with grape varieties, rosemary and thyme, adding to the richness of flavour.
